Well if thats the case I can name one add-on that already does that:

Aimbot has been created numerous times. I have a outdated version of aimbot that doesn't even work except on your own server, so it is pretty much useless (I don't really host tdms + I got a new computer and lost the addon). It is my knowledge that Kitty or Cat or something has a working aimbot.

Well, sometimes and most of the time mods get flown around on some gta iv servers, so people use mods for their douchey ways.

What's the point of aimbotting on Blockland besides pissing people off?

Unless the server gives you a reward for killing a certain amount of people or something similar, it's pretty useless.
