Left 4 Team Portal Life 5

They should make a gta like game with a randomly generating city.

A game involving a scientist thats mute that escaped from an nuke and an alien invasion at his lab, to only then be put in a coma for 20 - 30 years to wake up to his world being invaded by ALIENS AGAIN, only to rise up and pretty much take that alien race down....did I mention the title has to have a three in it?

maek gta 69 nao pls

No, but in all seriousness, I'd love to see a new Elder Scrolls game, or a new Bioshock.

quick and lethal combat : weapons are MEANT to slay a foe are they not? no turn based actions, no stat based battles; just you, your skill, and your trusty pixel sword!!

weapon material matters? not on my watch! its about how experienced you are with the weapon : a battle honed war lord with a bronze sword can end the life of a rookie with a steel sword easily.

wh-

roguelikes are skill because of the turn based actions. it's time management, not hack n slash. and combat is quick and lethal anyway because everything either one shots you or is one shotted BY you

weapon material is usually a benchmark for progression. a battle honed warlord WITH A STEEL SWORD is shorthand for 'this guy will murder your stuff, so get better' versus a rookie with a bronze sword who is obviously less of a threat

on-topic: a REALLY self-aware zombie game that takes the genre and points and laughs at it while still generally being a good game and having a sense of humor behind 'ha ha zombies aren't they funny?'

like most of the humor could be generated not by the zombies themselves but the reaction of the world TO the zombies. like, in a post-apocalyptic environment, how do you fight zombies efficiently and without losing supplies? guns use ammo, melee weapons break

THE ANSWER: FIST OF THE ZOMBIE STAR

additionally, you need to choose different types of attacks and decided when to use a spell, when to kick, shove, slash, stab, etc. weapon material only really comes into play if you have a really stuffty wood sword or with armor.

Psychonauts 2.

Oh, I'd also really really love a high-quality game like Mount & Blade: Warband.

That sort of similar system to acquiring troops and whatnot, and the combat system, but slightly more advanced.
Attacks that move where you want them to, and can get around parry's and blocks.
In case you don't know about these:

A soft body physics vehicle racing/destruction derby game. And i want it to have nothing to do with Rigs of Rods.
Why? Their tech is great.

MMO/Co-op Dwarf fortress adventure mode (and maybe normal mode in co-op aswell)

and also The Elder Scrolls RTS game

I like turn based combat. Especially in Fallout Tactics where I position my guys and then enter a building full of mutants and the gameplay switches over to turn based. Plus Turn based gives people more time to think and react to situations. Games like StarCraft rely more of reactions and impulses and predefined build lists.
