Not possible.
Select your armature and go to edit mode. When you press A both bones should be selected. (Yellow outline)Select bone "rotorspin" and go to the editing tab. (Square with 4 dots) In the Armature Bones panel on the right side of "child of" click the drop-down list and select "toggle rotors".Go back to object mode and select your armature. (Magenta/Pink outline) Press N and type "detail32" (Not detail 32.) into the "Par:" box.
I need to have it where the rotor spins on one without the engine and then engine and rotor. Turn at the same time will this work?
You never mentioned anything about an engine before. So you have rotors that you want to spin on their own. Then you want an engine and the rotors to spin together at the same time?
I have hard time understanding your post. Is this the vehicle in question? http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=238646.0Can you list all your bones and animations, and describe what the animations do? I don't understand how the engines and rotors are related and how you want them to move.

Oh I see what you mean now. What I said in my earlier post will work if your model is correctly assigned to the bones.
