I won't do it for you, but here is how to do it yourself:

http://www.youtube-mp3.org ==> Convert the video into a sound file.

http://cut-mp3.com/ ==> Cuts part of the MP3 file to get the part you want for the music loop.

EDIT: Forgot the tools to convert the audio to a mono .ogg fil, so here's that tool. http://www.coolutils.com/Online/Audio-Converter/

If that doesn't work with stereo to mono conversion, I have another online tool that I know works, and I'll update the link with that one later.

Do you have it as a mono .ogg file?
Get Audacity, open whatever the mp3 is, cut it down to size, delete one of the two tracks, and export as mono ogg.
BL doesn't accept mp3.

Yes, I do have it as an .ogg file, and it's under the size limit. I've tried. If I could do it myself, I wouldn't have posted this topic.
