Looking for chat commands

When I was on Tez's jail server, there was a guy that could type #c and then a command in chat, and it would type the response in chat. I am looking for that addon. Can anyone post link?

I remember he wrote #c ping and it typed his ping ("somethingbot your ping is 75MS")

Judging off of this word alone, I'm going to assume it's a chatbot.
Chatbots are usually not released. You might be able to find code around, but they're mostly intended to teach and aren't going to offer many features other than one response to one specific phrase.

Just by googling the world chatbot I have found very good results, thank you, i have my own chatbot now :D
