It's basicly those bricks

Positioned like this

So we can pretend that we placed them on walls and other things, and this could be really useful for a lot of types of builds, so pretty please if anyone can do this.

Technically, the round bricks are already vertically-oriented.  What you want are horizontal round bricks.

who said you HAVE to use the converter?
