Improve Speed Kart so people can more-easily add Karts to it.

This would vitalize servers that host speed kart, and promote custom Kart creation.
Adding a GUI to select a kart when you spawn, instead of the evented system we have now.

That would be excellent, and it would be nice to choose different wheels and colors on the GUI as well
