Author Topic: And Then There Was One - INDIE quad-player stealth strategy game - OUT TOMORROW  (Read 1283 times)

A brief description of the game:

Quote
And Then There Was One is a four player stealth game in which players assassinate targets or other assassins within a crowd. To avoid death either blend into your surroundings, be the first to kill your targets, or fake your death to be the last assassin standing. Your assignment can take place within a quiet family park, a disco dance floor or at a busy city intersection.

This game was created by a developer named Bleep Bloop (no, it is not his real name but it is the nickname he goes by). The game was made with the notable and unusual engine known as "LÖVE".

I am uncertain on whether there will ever be an increased multiplayer player count. I think having only 4 people is too little, but it could work out.

I know the characters look like paper sock-puppets lol. It's just the style of it. "And Then There Was One" kind of reminds me of a mix between Animal Crossing and Earthbound. The main thing to remember is that you basically play as a hit-man in a way in this game.

WHEN IS THIS RELEASING?

Excellent question, it's expected to come out on August 30th of this year! It's only 6 days from now until the release of this.

WILL IT BE FREE?

I'm not sure, the developer never mentioned anything about it's price tag. Hopefully it will be free though.

i would highly doubt that he would make this not free unless hes really dumb
looks sort of fun i guess, i mean after about and hour im sure it would just get repetitive

I am half and half here, if the game expands it's player-limit and has a alright sized community, then it could probably have consistent returning players. I mean the game isn't even out yet so I cant judge. The bad part is that the owner of this to-be-released game has never made a video of his game.

looks like a minigame that should have been included in a party game

Maybe someone thought his name was Bleep Bloop?
Maybe some people have crazy names like that.

Great news! This comes out tomorrow. If anyone wants to play this with me when it releases, please message me.
