How to check GTA EFLC game version?

I can't find it anywhere, and I want to enable the Hardcore mod for it, but it says it can't find the game version, help is appreciated.

EFLC is basically GTA IV's 1.0.7.0

Yea but Scripthook can't detect it.

I Google'd it. This is what I found:
"Navigate to the installed EFLC folder and right-click on ELFC.exe. Click on Properties > Details. Check the File Version here. That will be your game version."

Try that.

I will download the latest patch and see if ScriptHook detects it.
