Author Topic: Diablo 3(xbox) or Terraria x4 & RCT3?  (Read 2838 times)

Soz I'm trying to decide if I shoul buy Diablo on my Xbox or get a Terraria Four Pack and Rollercoaster Tycoon 3. They said that Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 could have issues running on Windows 8, so I'm kind of sketchy about that. But I want more friends to play with in Terraria and my friends are too poor silly to be bothered with asking their parents. On the other hand, Diablo looks lovey. Like really.
wat do

define "diablo looks lovey", because gameplay wise it can be very lacking

It looks like my type of game. I like the gameplay, I played through the demo and it was enjoyable - with friends.

diablo 3 is more "direct" when it comes to character progression than its predecessors, thats not neccesarily a bad thing

if you really want it, its fine, game has local coop too on console in case these friends you mention can come to your house or something

if youd prefer a diablo-esque game on pc however, check out torchlight 2

you can get a 4pack for the same price as one copy of diablo for the console, plus it has a lot of mods

terraria is a cheaper yet still fun decision, and do you like RCT3 that much?

I personally think RCT3, I think it's fun if you play with someone, as they suggest ideas,
you can have stupid fun.

Dude RCT3 was my life when I was a little childrens.

And the thing is my friends would play Terraria for sure but I don't know about anything else. And then there's the issue of the fact that I'm using a Surface Pro for gaming, I don't want anything heavy in the system requirements department.

wait for terraria to go on sale .. you can get 4 copies on sale for the price of 1 copy normally.

torchlight is everything but heavy

not enough dedicated video RAM, damnit.
And I highly doubt you can do anything to modify a surface.

Torchlight II has a few optimization problems, mostly in Acts 3 and 4. The first one is a lot less intensive, but is single-player only.

systemrequirementslab is pretty bad

it said portal wouldn't run but i could at pretty good settings actually
