Steam hilariously adding 80~ hours to time played on non-recently played games

Ok I think I have found a trend.
Any time you spend logged into steam but not playing a game is being counted as playing any game you have ever launched for whatever reason.  However, if you are currently playing a different game, it stops logging this extra time for every game.

That is pretty much what I figure'd was going on. Hopefully they fix it cause I actually like knowing the hours I've logged :C

Got an extra 70 on mine. Since 70 / 2 = floor(35 / 2) = 3
Half Life 3 confirmed.
