should have just removed the armor and used only a sword and shield, no need for the armor if youre going to refuse to block

It's a cosplay run. Changing my armor just to win defeats the purpose.

who the hell is silver kngiht armor+wanders leggings supposed to cosplay

Also my avatar. I meant to go for steel leggings, but accidentally poked the merchant in Sens fortress so I'll have to get them on NG+.

According to the subreddit, the wiki, and one of ENB's videos, Artorias' attacks are harder to dodge in generally do to a difference in his weapon and animation speeds vs his damage actually being done or registered. Apparently they differ from the rest of the game probably due to being a dlc.

Me? Suck? Not quite, it's just a pain in the ass to fight a boss that doesn't have reasonable patterns, the same dodge mechanics as the rest of the game, with no shield one handing a claymore, and only silver knight armor and wanderer's leggings.
Artorias is an easy boss, especially with a claymore
and why aren't you two handing your weapon if youre not using a shield

Ew, see, a reason i love dark souls is that the armor doesn't do that.

It looks loving awful and gross.

Different visuals for different mediums. This is what I settled on visual wise:

Silver reskin of brass armor that I found on the nexus. The build itself is 35 vit, 40 end, 45 str and dex. Comes to SL120. Fast rolls with havel and RoFaP even with dual claymores. Forest pvp has been cake with this, and since I got the hang of dual wielding my wins have skyrocketed.

Shameless and pointless bump. I got into a decently big fight club and got a dual wield kill with claymores. Felt good to prove dual wielding isn't impossible to win with.

missing this game, might boot it back up soon. :')

It's not impossible, just dumb. There's no reason to do it, except for muh cosplay!!

I disagree entirely. Throws off pvp quite a bit and it's easy to stun lock in pve if you're quick enough. If the game wasn't skill based enough, dual wielding makes it even more so.

want to be a huge richard on dark souls?

huehuehuehue

str and dex is for using other weapons if opponent is using the vow of silence miracle
