Looks too much like Flatout physics.

You might as well as get Flatout.

Or better yet, BeamNG.

Anyway, Red Faction Guerilla has nice destruction, open world. Red Faction Armageddon has even better destruction, but is linear.

It looks like it's got way better physics than Flatout, imo.
