Is there any way that using a similar method to keybind avatars, using Filipe's Useful Edits, that when you press a desired button, it will open the mouth and close it by changing the face?

It could be client sided. Just have a keybind in emotes that makes your face change between the 3 shown in the op. Unless you have one of those mods that restricts avatar changing so people don't do the color thing. That could break it.

That is an issue, some servers have the "Anti-Rainbow" thing.

EDIT: stuff, not possible. There is a 5000ms limit on avatar changing to prevent spam. But swollow says it could be done server-sided.
