Youtube videos won't stop buffering.

I've been having this problem recently. Whenever I open a Youtube video, it wouldn't load at all. I could even move the pointer around, and it would just stay frozen at that part of the video. Don't bring up slow internet, as I have a four-bar Internet connection. I even emptied my cache, and it still won't load.

What browser do you use?
Tried another browser yet? Even IE would do, just to see if it would work like that.

You realize that the connectivity of your wifi has nothing to do with your actual bandwidth (as long as the wifi isn't super slow and crappy)?
