Gravity Cats weapons suggestion

I've written about this before. One man even try to help me, but had disappeared or had forgotten about my request. It is fairly simple. Remove (or make possible) turning on\off the weapons reloading and bullet spread.

I like some old style firing weapons (like Remmington 700) without spread, so it need for my own use. But Gravity Cat said "NO" about my question.
