If he wants it to be a specific song, he'd have to do some coding behind the server command gui. Marble Man can do this easily.
Also the /stereo already has a default keybind you can set.

How about once you enter the vehicle to drive it, A random song plays and you press The arrow keys to change the songs "<" To change Up ">" To change down.
