/Mount command

Will anybody be able to make a command that
 let's you mount a specific body part if you have full trust,
similar to the /mount cmd in Fooley fun cmds?

I only know of two.

The one in Fooley fun cmds, and the link is removed i do believe.
and the one on RTB and i Wanted it so you can mount to specific body parts similar to Fooley cmds.

You say like

/mount head viso

and it mounts to the head, I believe it uses vars and not numbers, but I might be wrong.
