My avatar just changed.

everytime i try to upload a .gif it changes to this god damn balaclava
every time i try to upload a .png it changes to the george costanza avatar
and .jpg files don't even work right

I question the legitimacy of "image headers" being able to conduct server attacks.

Now I don't get an error when uploading an avatar, but it won't change.

The only way I've figured out how to change mine is to swap the image format, but whenever I try to update my avatar, I have to change formats.
It seems to permanently store your first image of that format or something.
