How It would work (NameEvents)

First of all, you would have to wrench then name a brick.

Then typed /event BRICKNAME the event GUI would apear and it would be targeted at the brick you typed where BRICKNAME was.


How It would work (CarKeys)

This would be similar to NameEvents accept you can't put your own events in.

 it would toggle whether or not you locked the vehicle.

BRICKNAME always refers to the brick's name you gave it.

Why require the player to be holding a tool?
