My Garry's Mod server isn't working for me

So I just changed a few things on my server, turned it into a Sandbox one, added a few addons, and now I'm stuck retrieving server info. Eventually I see that I've timed out in my console, so I may have done something wrong.

My ports are definitely forwarded:


So why am I stuck?

I want to see if anyone else can connect OK, so if you want to try, my IP is 97.88.163.178.

Also, be warned I changed my loading screen to thosestairs.swf, so you may want to turn your volume down.

I have the same router. just port forwarding won't do it
I enabled DMZ to my computer and I disabled windows firewall and I can host for gmod just fine.
