Bump, I killed Mom's Heart for the first time and I got a Deal with the Devil. I took it down to "Sheol" and fought Satan. I won and got an ending where it cycled through Isaac, Eve, Judas, Demon Isaac, Cain, and Maggy. However, when I checked my endings I had "end 2" where Isaac kills himself.
