Author Topic: Good multiplayer games that are free and private servers  (Read 897 times)

My friend and I are stuck. We just beat Terraria for the 30th time and Blockland is kill, so we need to find a new game.

If you know any free games that you can make a private server on, do tell.

Have you tried cube world?

^ This richard head is my friend. We tried Cube World but I hated it because the terrible map and combat system. Also my computer is terribad so the graphics were also terrible.

Doesn't this belong in Off-Topic/Games?

I didn't see that, strange.

Starbound?
We played Starbound but couldn't get into it because it's just too much like Terraria and we have played Terraria for years.

I remember that a friend and I spent tons of time on mmorpgs, maybe that could help.

Just host your own server of Gmod or TF2 or something. Portal 2 co-op also exists, and there's lots of co-op maps for Minecraft (or play FTB). Kerbal Space Program isn't strictly multiplayer but there's a mod called KMP that lets you host servers, and if not it's fun to just share your experiences anyway. If you have a PS3, you can play LittleBigPlanet 2.

OPENTTD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OPENTTD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a good suggestion, but OpenTTD is hard to adapt to quickly and the majority of people who try it become bored of it. I tried it a few times, and I like it but it is hard to understand how to play.

I saw this new game on steam called minecombat or something similar, it is like minecraft, a bit more simple, you get to make your own weapons and stuff. Still not as fun as blockland though.
