Try typing in the console (Press '~') "discoverFile("Add-Ons/RP_HourlyBell");". See if it shows up or the console spits out some error. Also try starting a game then typing in the console "exec("Add-Ons/RP_HourlyBell/Server.cs");" see if that starts or spits out another error.
