Gmod Crashes whenever I open the spawnmenu.

I know that this isn't the exact forum to post this in, but everyone on the Steam forum wouldn't answer.
Whenever I spawn, and open the spawnmenu, the game just stops responding, then closes immediately.

i may not be a gmod expert, but i do know that having too many add-ons can make your game pretty slow and possibly crash.

Yeah, the more addons you have, the longer it will take to load them up

Sometimes you just gotta wait, even if it looks like it's crashing, just give it some time

I'm not closing it manually, it just crashes without warning.
Also, I tried disabling all of my addons, it is still REALLY slow when I open the spawnmenu, but it doesn't crash.

Only in my addons sections, other than that, no.
