Do you have to keep re-forwarding ports every time you open a server? I noticed my server connectivity has increased tenfold since the first time. I want to continue this so I need to know.

It saves the settings on your router, so no.
But you might not have set a static IP, Dynamic IPs change every so often.
(Although I thought it wasn't possible to get players to join if this was the case)

No, unless you change the port setting in the "Advanced Option" tab of setting up a server. If you change that number then you have to re forward or change the port number, but otherwise no.

Not exactly true, the ip that will change is your external ip. You dont need to re forward for an external ip change. However if you disconnect and reconnect to your router than it is very much possible that your internal ip address has changed. Some routers remember devices and saves their assigned ip address' accordingly whereas some don't.
