Stereo Modification

Would someone please make a modification to the Vehicle Stereo mod to make the range bigger like 2x, 3x and 5x?

forget no.  The stereo add-on is obnoxious enough as-is.  I really, really do not need people using a version with double range.

Unless you can make it so that the "Play Music" setting actually affects vehicle stereos.  Because that's really my main gripe.

God no, what we really need is 0x range and have people just use client-sided music players.

I want one where only people inside the vehicle can hear it, even if they don't have the mod. Like a real stereo.

I want it because of police siren music loops, nobody can hear it unless they are right next to it.
