Must be very painful for those around her too. She can't be faking this

I feel bad for her... but am I the only one here not disturbed by this? Granted I have not done any research on the condition.

I felt weak after I watched that video and absolutely disturbed at the same time, I feel sorry for the lady.
I covered my mouth when I was reading that Wikipedia article on cluster headaches, wtf.
