Quick question - can I run Payday the Heist (payday 1)

After not having the best luck with the Payday 2 free weekend, i'm not so sure if I should buy the prequel.
I have an inspiron 1720 laptop.

i'd recommend going for the original PAYDAY if you want a pretty good experience

use 800x600 res though, it keeps the game running smoother than butter for me, even on high graphics.
