thankfully we don't have a limit like that where i live. we just have really limited data speeds in general and you have to pay extra for their "gamer package" which gives you more speed. my dad obv didn't hesitate to pay extra for it because he like, always plays mmo's and tends to complain about lag (and blame it on me, especially with elder scrolls online)
