Client-Sided Health Bar

I've looked around a bit and I haven't been able to find a client-sided health bar mod that just shows your own health. It would be cool if it was in the top left corner of the screen. If you are thinking about making this, thanks!

Purely client sided isn't possible without hacks. Badspot blocked the variable.

There is a mod that does this, but it has a client and server part.
