Author Topic: I feel like crap, how do I fix this?  (Read 1038 times)

I woke up feeling like throwing up, and felt like I had a lot of mucus to cough up. I started coughing up a lot of mucus for 2 hours and I still have more. I have an overload of saliva too, and it's just gross. I've had a grape Outshine fruit Popsicle so far, but that's all I had this morning since everything is making me nauseous.

I also felt like this yesterday, how do I fix this? Have any you had ever had the same problem?

We don't really have any fruit left in the house, should I go to Whole Foods and buy a few oranges or pears? Would it help?

I usually just sleep a ton when I feel like this.



Take some allergy medicine or some mucinex, it usually works for me when i'm feeling like that.

In all seriousness you probably got sick overnight. Dont let the mucus get down into your chest or it would most likely clog in the chest, making you start coughing.
