Well, if she does ask you about the thing again,  try to act as though you're disappointed in her,  saying something like, "really mom,  you really think that I would go against all of our family values that you and dad have taught me over the years, just because of one isolated incident?  Do you not know your own kids? Why don't you trust me, mom?" or something like that.

That would count as sass.

And she'd think I'm weird for saying that anyway lol
