wtf
it's the supreme court majority vs. dissenting opinion. 5 justices voted in favor of hobby lobby's case, and 4 opposed it.
>the joke

the hell is 5-4 the arabian version of 7-11 or some stuff
9-11 is the arabian version of 7-11 you idiot

also not an internet rights law, so i don't have to worry about it (until i'm older and actually care about jobs and healthcare)!

Great time we're living in.
I too appreciate the right of business owners to own and manage their business according to their own wishes without undue government interference.

gov't healthcare would be better than private insurance anyway

can't people get condoms and morning-after pills at planned parenthood
i mean, employers are there to give you jobs. they shouldn't have to give you stuff for when you want to have love

reasonable question here:
with this ruling, whats stopping a muslim from not allowing his employees to eat pork (or some other muslim thing) at work?

condoms are kind of cheap at like less than $10 a pack

you can also order them off the internet :|

He's not buying his employees their food. If he did, he would just not buy pork at all.

this

like why the forget should they be the ones to give you condoms and birth control pills, you're supposed to have them in the first place, or you should anyway if you're planning to have love

huge difference between paying for someones contraceptives and not allowing certain food to be eaten.

a more relevant question would be whats stopping a muslim from not buying his employees pork.

and the answer is, nothing.

actually the proper comparison would be a muslim employer now not being forced under penalty of law to buy pork for his employees even though he's already offering every other kind of food
