We're on a public forum for discussion. The entire point of topics is so that people can discuss (or argue about) the contents of the original post and the preceding posts. So, quite literally, "argue about it" is ALWAYS a choice, if not the intention of the website.

No, it's a public forum because anyone can access it and/or buy the game to post on it. It's kind of like asking "is it still public urination if I pee on the ground in Disneyland? You've gotta pay to get in, and it's owned by a private owner, so it's private land!"
