CD-Key not available?

Hello BlockLand guys
I am connecting for someone else that seem to have the problem but his english is not that good..

The user is new to blockland and is trying to get it to work, but he cant seem to be able to get the CD-Key to login
these is what he gets on the Steam client:

Can these be fixed? or something?

Steam users don't have keys, so that's what that doesn't load.

ok then he cant active his account on the game it self?
I did somehow cant remember how..
But what he needs to do for it then?

See if your firewall isn't blocking the game.
It seems to me that he tries to connect to the Blockland Master server, but he isn't able to.
This can be because of numerous problems, the firewall is the most likely one.

Also try to click this link: http://auth.blockland.us/
If it works, it should show a blank page with the words "auth.blockland.us" in the top left corner.

Ask him all ready to turn off the Firewall and try then, seem like it did not work for him..
