Minecraft fatal error - what do I fix?

Looking for update
Didn't find an update in time.
Reversing LZMA on C:\Users\grubbfam\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\launcher.pack.lzma to C:\Users\grubbfam\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\launcher.pack

Please fix the error and restart.
This is the portion of the code that has problems.  Unsure what to do in order to fix it.

go to %appdata%/roaming/.minecraft and delete launcher.
