Combat-Based Card Game / Turn - Based Combat

Kind of like Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokémon or Magic: The Gathering. If someone could make this a thing, thank you.

MORE INFO: It will probably be a GUI-like thing, like you need to download a client to use it.
-edit- I'd also like a turn based combat system, similar to Pokemon, too.
