I think if you use that 'Swiss army tool' or whatever its called, you can use a fill printer (like the fill can but for prints)
I suggest you at least try it, the brick textures look awful.

If you don't mind using zonebricks you can then use them to spawn and despawn bots when players go into certain zones.
