If you can help here is the problem-

I open skype and this happens Failed to get proc address for GetLogicalProccessorInformati on (KERNEL32.dll)

You need to update to Service Pack 3. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/help/learn-how-to-install-windows-xp-service-pack-3-sp3

Thats bad. Or you downloaded the wrong version of skype? Im no rocket scientist but perhaps you downloaded a 32 bit version of skype on a 64 bit machine.
