Becoming a Staff Member
Original Thread (my forum)BackgroundI've managed to get a job programming for a company and I won't be able to do this anymore. I'm looking for people who will keep the server running and be willing to support the game. The server has currently made $150 since Aug 17, 2014. I've made over $400 in total over the years and I'm willing to pay people who will contribute their efforts into making the game better. I'll need to teach many of the staff how to fix lots and stuff, but the more valuable you are as a staff member the more money you'll be given.

tycox94@gmail.com. Each staff member will be granted a % of the donations and will be payed every friday. You must have the following:
- Skype Account
- Active Email
- Able to answer questions about running a server. (These questions will be a bit advanced so please know your stuff. (I.E. : knowing how to develop stable environments)
- Paypal Account
I'll start our staff off at 5% each and then they'll be able to move up from there. You'll be able to move up to around 30% as Super Admin. To give you an idea.. This week we've made $93 which comes out to: 5% = $4.65 30% = $27.9
Keep in mind that the server cost $15 a month although I won't be interested in pocketing any of it. I may in fact pay for the server myself and let all the donations go to the contributors/admins.
Guys, please only email me if you're serious about helping to build this server. I'm only looking for the best. There will even be a point were I'll want to just hand the hole thing over and have someone else run it. That will come with time though. I'll be looking for a new programmer and they will be paid a pretty % out of the donations. This person will be expected to run a lot of the server though, so that job will be well worth the amount of money.
