Like say, pandora or spotify on blockland, directly streams music?

Do you mean the host streaming music from his computer into Blockland, if so, not possible in any way i can think of

Well sort of... I mean like site to blockland, not just computer ogg to blockland

No, player download music when first connecting to a server. To my knowledge, there is NO way to bypass this

maybe with a client addon
or if you can pull it off, a ton of really short sounds which you could string together
probably would be terrible and too much effort

Well, good luck trying to convince players to download a client mod

If you want music, then play it yourself, don't force your entire server to listen to your music, if they want it, they can turn their own on

(I really need to see if I can make an add-on that blocks automatic playing music)

That's exactly what I was inferring... like pandora you can turn on your radio or something

You mean implying?
Inferring is what the readers do

like pandora you can turn on your radio or something
Oh, you mean an individual client-side radio? I misunderstood you then
Yeah, it's possible to stream music from a website to blockland...if the music file is directly available as a sound file (I believe it has to be .ogg), not a file embedded in an html page
