The position "No Reporting"

im very questioned by this.

his position is in no reporting, what the heck is that, why is it there, what does it mean.
the position of member is normal but what the heck is no reporting, that seems anomalous.
i've searched it up and there was a quote from badspot saying that over 200 members are in no reporting wtf

Means that the person is banned from using the report function.

Commonly done in response to abuse of reporting

no other accounts have the same position and im sure theres other report banned users.
