what i mean by view skin is like maby with a sniper rifle you can have a scope or an assult rife culd have iron sights or a small scope

a GUI would work here... maby u select a item or weapon then you select a view skin from a list and ok it so that in game you can even change your sights to a scope or iron sights (iron sights are just the sights origionly on the gun were you line them up.

maby keeping the view now but then wen you press a button you change to your costom sights

Hm i'm was working on something like this but it wasn't a different crosshair for each wep. I was just going to have it so you can swam between precision aim and less precise, but perfect for spread weapons like shotgun, aim.

I'm working on a new crosshair mod that switches the crosshair when you switch weapon but I've come to realize I'll never compleate it...

Lamere think you could make one where your cross hair changes when you aim at someone? I got both decals to be used in it.

No, I don't think neither Lamere nor I could do that.  Besides, I just said I'll probally never finish it...

i assumed that was because it'd take to long to set it to work with every wep.

No, I know how to easily make it work with every weapon from here to timbuctu, the problem is I don't know what funtion changes the item name on the drop down gui.  If I did, I'd know how to code every last piece because I've thought it all out...

How/when/where/why do you need to change it?

Don't need to change it, I need to know what client command changes it for the player so I can package it...


Could you explain how to use it?

well all that would be good is to be able to press space bar or somthing and you get a better view or mor accurate view like a scope  from a sniper
