I dont know if this is what you're going for, but you can make a bot play the animation as long as you need it to, and with specific eventing, could make it play almost any roll, all you would need to do is edit over the voice during the animation.

You don't really need a client sided addon for this. You could just use a default servercmd that everyone has binded and overwrite it while you record.
