Simple, a gun that you throw instead of shoot. When it hits a player it one hit kills and discharges a shot.
Wouldn't that be cool!?

A speartype projectile appearing as a gun that on collision spawns a randomly directed bullet projectile, shouldn't be to hard I inmagine.

Sorry it took so long, I was spending the past few days mostly helping my gf start her android app and android is stupid so it was a learning experience for the both of us. This thing on the other hand wasn't hard (the only difficult part was fixing the second bullet spawning to not intersect the colliding object). Anyways have fun:
