Author Topic: [Gamemode] Five Nights at Freddy's, with additional features.  (Read 2736 times)

Basically this would be Five Nights at Freddy's in Blockland, but:

If you are playing the gamemode with other players, the game is chosen by the host to be:

Competition

People who get killed by an animatronic loses and will spectate other players. When a player wins while other players are still playing, they can choose to continue the game while waiting for other players to finish, in which gameplay will not change the outcome of the competition and the player is still considered dead, or spectate other players. The last person standing will win automatically. If multiple players have won, they will all receive points, shared across the players.

OR:

Versus

All players in the server are matched up with another player. The other player controls the animatronics. Upon either player winning/losing, they will be put into a matchmaking system to be automatically paired up with another player. The same players cannot be paired up with each other twice in a row.

A player who has won will receive points. He can spend this on:

Room Customization
Animatronic Customization

Singleplayer would be just like the original Five Nights at Freddy's.

Good idea, But how the hell are you going to script it?

Ik so much better than any attempted remakes I've seen I would love this to be made

hay dis sounds fun
i'd like to script it, i'll try workin' on it in a few hours

I could do the singleplayer part with events

For single player, you could take what ever script the SCP uses for when you look at it, it doesn't move. (Only if you can do it, i know nothing of scripting just thought that would help)

Besides that, /support this seems like a way better version of FNAF

this is one of the only game-to-blockland adaption ideas where you're actually adding features instead of stripping them away

There is an OnGaze, Meaning an event when looking, And OnGazeStart and OnGazeStop too.

The SCP script has nothing to do with that event. Although they're the same concept.

So, any progress made yet?
