Dedicated Server isn't working?

So out of no where, my dedicated server wouldn't run properly any more. The ping wouldn't show up on the server list.  All it would say is : ---
I tried to uninstall and reinstall Blockland but it didn't work. Anyone know what to do?

He probably has, as it worked before.
It is possible he didn't set a static IP.
Or it reverted back to a dynamic IP.
(I know Windows 8.1 having some network troubles, especially with AdHoc networks)

The proper solution would be to port forward.

However, you can also fix UPnP problems like this by restarting your router (unplug, wait 10 seconds, plug back in) and your computer.

In addition to that ^, it's helpful if you have a static IP for your computer.
