On Xbox 360, Lord of the Rings: Conquest is a hilarious game to play with a friend.
Unfortunately there's no online multiplayer support though, so you can't play online. Which also means you can't get all achievements.
The game is great though because it uses these hilarious voice-clips from the movies and some that are made up, and gives them to characters from the series. And in combat they say them at hilarious times and it never makes sense.
Furthermore, the combat can be so funny, especially when playing as Heroes (actual LotR characters), since you'll have moments where Frodo Baggins punches the Witch King in the face.
And Legolas has the most hilarious punch in the world.
Also, Gandalf explodes when he dies, which is just unbelievably funny when it happens in a battle.
