That's the reason badspot put the images there. To make them think it's not malware.

Oh yeah same. My dad thought steam was a virus too, and he told me my antivirus is bad and that i shouldnt use it. And I was doing the EICAR.txt to test my antivirus and my dad told me "DONT DO THAT! IF YOU TYPE THAT IT CAN MAKE HACKERS GET ON YOUR COMPUTER!"

whenever i host stuff with my friends, we use EVOLVE. I haven't used it for minecraft, but try it out, see how it works.

I don't understand entirely why people think that every device that doesn't run Windows is immune to viruses, and proceeds to download a load of stuff on their macbook or ubuntu pc.
